We work with specialised recruiters who know where to look for niche talent and who can talk to them on their level. This results in shorter lead times, a better quality of candidates and a more professional approach to the people our clients are looking for.
We use several search methods to find the most appropriate candidates including direct search, case history, Diepeveen & Partners’ own talent pools, anonymous advertisements, (if agreed with the client), several internet job boards and our extensive national and international network. We believe that in general, a combination of these tools will lead to the best result.
